CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 Virtual Goods: Due to the nature of virtual goods, all purchases are final. Once a virtual product has been delivered, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

1.2 Gift Cards: Orders for gift cards cannot be canceled once they have been issued and sent to the recipient. Please ensure that all details are correct before completing your purchase.

REFUND POLICY

2.1 No Refunds on Delivered Items: We do not offer refunds for virtual goods or gift cards once they have been successfully delivered. This includes but is not limited to digital codes, game currency, and any other non-tangible digital products.

2.2 Exceptional Cases: Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The purchased item was not delivered within the promised time-frame due to an error on our end.
  • The virtual good or gift card was found to be invalid or non-functional upon delivery.
  • A duplicate transaction was made due to a system error.

2.3 Refund Request Process: To request a refund for an eligible case:

  • Provide proof of purchase, including order details and any relevant screenshots.
  • Allow 2-5 business days for our team to review your request.

2.4 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
